Account Details
The Lawpoint and Galloway sites have been enhanced to allow the creation of multiple users within a single account.
When a new user is created they will need to enter their account code as part of the logon details.
Current Users
Please note that it is not necessary for users of the Lawpoint Site prior to September 1st 2007 to enter their Account code. These users may leave this field blank.
Cookies
Once you enter you account number, the website will send a ‘cookie’ to your computer, so that the next time you access the logon page, the Account Code will be filled in automatically.
However, the security setting in your web browser may prevent this. Please read on to find out how to enable cookies on you computer.
Enabling Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information that is automatically stored on a computer within a web browser.
You can check whether your computer is set up to accept cookies or change the settings using the following instructions:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
- Go up the top to the Tools menu drop down menu and then select Internet Options. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium High" or below) under "Settings".
Espreon sites require the Privacy Setting for Cookies to be Medium High or below.
High and Block Cookies will not let you get past the Login Screen.
Netscape 7.1
- Select "Preferences" from the
Edit menu. Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling
window to expand. Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies." Select "Enable
all cookies".
- Click "OK".
